I have set out the major objective of trying out to make life easier.both in my working life and my personal life. I think it's a wonderful objective and one that when achieved, will improve quality of life while having some positive benefits for my friends and family. This is not a goal with a set end date. it's an objective that can be constantly pursued and improve upon. when your life easier, you achieved more of what is important. reduce stress, and conflict.the quality of your relationship what’s not to like about that?
For an Example
"When speaking of life’s challenges we can use such an example in this instance too. life is not like swimming if you have good the technique, you can along easily and effortlessly, If you are lacking in technique the water put up more resistance and you end up expanding great quantities of energy, thrashing about going nowhere"
Simply put, if you adopt the right approach and seek a make life easier, you will move through life more simply and encounter less resistance along the way...

7 tips to make life easier:
When you are attempting to make life easier for yourself a few sample changes mindset can reap great reward, it can be as much about what you don’t do as it’s about what you do, Give this suggestion an honest try & you will make life a whole lot easier for yourself...


Trick yourself into being on time:

Set each appointment in your phone calendar for 10-15 minutes before the actual appointment, and stick to it. Allow enough time in your schedule to realistically arrive at appointments on time. This means no rushing, no speeding, no big deal if you miss a turn, or hit a minor delay. Being early gives you enough time to find your way to a new location. Make this a habit and enjoy becoming a person who is always on time!

If you utilize your Google calendar, make sure to input the address for every appointment. The appointment reminder will give you real-time traffic updates to reach your destination.




Avoid worrying about matters that don’t really matter:
If your full of Struggle it's likely that your often fighting over little things, when something getting you down ask yourself 12 months from now will this be such a big deal? you will usually find the answer is”  No” Let go off all those minor matter take a breath and follow the first strategy focus on what is important in life.. 


Better sleep to keep you energetic all day:

Listen to this podcast to help you fall and stay asleep. Do a few yoga poses to relax your body, focus on your breathing, and decompress before an evening of restful snoozing. Take before bed to regulate your body temperature and tell your brain that it’s time to sleep.

If you can’t put down your phone before bed, turn it to Night Shift mode to avoid having your screen throw off your circadian rhythms. Implement a bedtime routine that will help you wrap up loose ends, wind down, and sleep better..



Ditch the constant password guessing:
Create a Master Password List to be stored in the cloud. Each time you sign up for a new account that requires a password you can quickly open the document to store and save your new login credentials.
You can alphabetize the list or utilize a “search” function within the document to quickly and easily locate the account login you’re looking for. Use a creative title, not something obvious like “password.” Storing it in a cloud device means you can access it from your phone or any device, so you won’t be out of luck if you leave your computer behind and need to access account info...

Change yourself gradually and live happy life:
When you get frustrated  with life, it can be very tempting to try to change everything at once, You want to get up earlier, eat better, exercise daily, and improve your social life all at the same time, You quickly learn, the hard way that is extremely difficult to be successful following this path.
Instead, work on one thing at a time, Give it a couple of weeks, and then add in something else, And go slowly with each item. Having patience When you make an important change  is a curricle to ensuring your success
 
Be Social to get you out from stress whether for a while:
You don't even have to participate in the conversation if you don't want to. Get together with a group of friends who you love and who love you, and just exist with them. Listen in on conversations. The thoughts, laughs, topics, and shenanigans may help keep your mind off of things just for a little while, and for me, that little while is enough to pull me out of a dark night."
                             

Try to out healthy Food to Eat:
Comfort food is delicious and great in moderation, but when people are depressed, they sometimes eat more than they mean to. Then the next thing you know, you feel like crap, physically and mentally. "It's a cycle. "You feel down, so you eat, then you gain weight, then you don't want to go out." Eating healthy foods will at least make you feel healthier physically even when you're emotionally a wreck.

                              

Transfer your negative Thoughts on the Paper:
Getting bad thoughts out of your head and onto paper separate them from you. Keep it simple, though: Write down a thought and move on. If you go on for pages and pages, it's not going to help.
                                                          

Cut unnecessary responsibilities out of Your Life:
We go on autopilot and do rituals without asking ourselves what really matters—and then wind up overwhelmed with trying to fit everything in. Which emails can go without an instant reply? What stuff can you delegate to a coworker or a partner? You don't have to do it all. If you don't know where to start trimming, Setting a few goals each week and cutting things that aren't necessary to those goals....




Make Plan for Ahead:
To keep yourself of falling into a cycle of "I'll do it tomorrow" while you spend your days in bed, Planning your week in advance to make sticking to day-to-day life easier. You can also write down how you felt after doing each activity so you can remind yourself in the future that getting out into the world makes you feel better, even when you don't want to at first.

Simplicity is a beautiful thing, Not only does it make life easier for you but it benefits those whom you interact with also, We human tend to make things more complex than necessary with the complexity comes unnecessary difficulty stress and conflict, simplicity is not dumping things down.its about eliminating unnecessary stuff from your life so that you may spend more your time focusing on what is important to you When you adopt simplicity and make life easier you eliminate stress  and maximize performance, The strategies above will enable you you to do so
